O imóvel e bem localizado, porém passei dois dias matando baratas na cozinha, gastei 2 frascos de inseticida, imóvel sujo. Lustres e ventilador de teto sujo, infelizmente os locatários tem um descaso com seus locadores, e não tivemos a presença e nem a atenção dos locatarios. Nos enviou um funcionário que não tinha nenhuma autonomia para resolver os problemas. Enfim Sra Evelim e seu Bruno péssimos corretores só penso em dinheiro e ao sairmos do apto já havia uma família esperando para entrar no imóvel isso significa que nenhuma providência de dedetização iria ser feito no imóvel , sorte dos hospedes posterior a nos que encontraram o imóvel amenizado de baratas devido ao uso de inseticidas por 3 dias . Tivemos que almoçar, tomar café, jantar por dois dias devido não poder utilizar a cozinha.

Tudo conforme a descrição. Local muito bom e perto de tudo, restaurante, farmácia e supermercado. Super indico!
Tudo que esta na descrição do AP esta correta, proximo a praia e varios lugares, AP e o predio Limpinho, o Sra.Evellin muito atenciosa e gentil, sem falar no Sr.Bruno, não o conheci pessoalmente mas toda vez que nos falamos sempre gentil, recomendou e com certeza voltaremos.! Abraços.
